Catherine is a Senior Associate and the Head of the Real Estate, Banking & Finance Department in the Firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from Kenyatta University where she graduated with Second Class-Upper Division Honours. She currently sits in the Nairobi Law Society of Kenya Commercial Practice Committee and the Lands Registry Liaison Committee.

She is a skilled Conveyancer with broad experience in banking and finance law as well as the perfection of securities. She has vast knowledge and navigates with ease high-value real estate transactions and commercial/residential project developments.

Catherine is also experienced in Corporate & Commercial Law having been involved, on numerous occasions, in drafting, negotiation, and perfection of complex commercial agreements and handled various briefs including offering advisory services to both local and international clients on construction, finance, tax, and investment laws.

Catherine is result-driven, has a keen eye for detail, and prides herself in providing timely solutions to legal problems presented by clients. In addition, she is skilled in the area of Policy and legislative drafting with a keen focus on energy and climate change interventions.
